Queensland Health's Logan Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse in the Geriatric Multidisciplinary Memory Clinic to provide specialist, person-centred care for older clients with complex cognitive needs.

You will lead clinical nursing care, coordinate assessment and care planning in a specialist outpatient setting, and support education, quality improvement and research within a multidisciplinary team.
