HammondCare in Sydney is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our residential team, advising and supporting care delivery while mentoring staff in clinical practices.

You will contribute to case management with a patient-centered focus and hold current AHPRA registration, with 2–3 years in aged care. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is essential, and robust admin and computer skills are required.
