The Role
As Site Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day site delivery of a large-scale retail and car park project. You’ll lead the site team, coordinate subcontractors and ensure the project is delivered safely, to programme and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all day-to-day site activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site teams
- Drive programme, sequencing and short-term planning
- Manage site safety, quality and compliance
- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team
- Manage a busy live environment with multiple stakeholders

About You

- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects
- Experience in major extensive retail refurbishment
- Experience working in live environments




- Experience with suspended structures is essential
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site delivery
- Confident managing subcontractors and leading site teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
