We are currently seeking Storeman and Operators to join a busy manufacturing environment in Brisbane.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, working as part of a team and being involved in a fast-paced production setting.

Shift Times
You will work on a rotating shift pattern, changing to the next shift every 2 weeks:

- 7:00am – 3:00pm
- 3:00pm – 11:00pm
- 11:00pm – 7:00am

You must be comfortable working across day, afternoon and night shifts.

About the Role
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:

- Operating production equipment and assisting with production processes
- Operating a forklift safely and correctly
- Packing and strapping finished products
- Moving and storing products and materials
- Assisting with production line changes and start-ups once trained
- Monitoring product quality and reporting any faults to the Team Leader
- Keeping the production line and work area clean and tidy
- Assisting with reject products and regrinding materials when required
- Completing required production paperwork
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
- Participating in toolbox talks, team meetings and required training
- Reporting any hazards,



incidents or safety concerns immediately
- Working as part of a team to maintain production targets and minimise downtime
- The position description also requires operators to maintain product quality, complete required checks and work safely around plant, mobile plant and equipment.

What We're Looking For

- Current Forklift Licence - no experience required
- Previous experience in a similar environment
- Good physical fitness
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling
- Safety-conscious attitude
- Basic English and mathematics skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment
- Willingness to work rotating day, afternoon and night shifts
