A brand-new multidisciplinary clinic opening in Guildford is looking for one experienced Occupational Therapist and one experienced Speech Pathologist to join its foundation team.

This opportunity is aimed at clinicians with 3+ years’ experience who don’t need to be micromanaged, want genuine control over their diary and would prefer to build a caseload around their strengths rather than simply being handed whatever referrals come through the door.

- $110–$115 per hour + Super
- Choose the clients and clinical areas that suit your experience
- Manage your own diary and working hours
- Predominantly clinic-based initially, with hybrid/community flexibility available
- Brand-new purpose-built allied health clinic
- Hydrotherapy pool, therapy gym and dedicated treatment rooms
- Wet kitchen available for feeding and food-based therapy
- NDIS registered with GP, Medicare and private referral pathways
- Strong opportunity to progress into leadership as the team grows




- Contractor opportunity with scope to transition into permanent employment
