What you’ll work with (0–18)

- Broad paediatric caseload: “anyone who comes through the door”
- Autism + ADHD heavy mix
- Complex and multiple disabilities (including AAC needs, equipment-linked presentations)
- Clinicians who love a challenge and can manage complex cases with MDT support

Funding split

- 80% NDIS / 20% private (incl. GP plans)

MDT model
Speech Pathology, Dietitian, Psychologist, Social Worker, Physio (and OT in the broader structure).

Support + development

- 100-day induction (approx. 4 months) to build confidence and skill depth




- Weekly supervision for everyone if required
- Two senior clinicians are allocated for supervision/clinical direction
- Transparent career pathway with a Team Leader opportunity as the service grows

Diary autonomy

- More experience = more freedom
- Juniors get planned diaries and higher-touch support

Package

- $80,000–$130,000 + super + bonus (paid based on skill tier/experience)
- KPI: utilisation rate, tied to salary/bonus — targets discussed based on experience and caseload size
- Seniors can earn with bonus' up to $150,000 + super
