Progress your OHT career with full-scope dentistry, implant exposure and a clear pathway to grow.

An established, high-volume dental clinic in Mango Hill is looking for an Oral Health Therapist who wants more than a standard hygiene role. This is a progression-focused opportunity for someone who wants broad clinical variety, consistent patient flow and exposure to areas of dentistry that most OHTs rarely get to experience.
This role is ideal for an OHT who is motivated to keep developing, build confidence across their full scope and grow into a more advanced clinical pathway over time.
About the role This is a full-scope OHT position with a strong base of preventive, hygiene and periodontal work, alongside broader clinical opportunities depending on your experience and confidence.

Your role may include:

- Hygiene appointments
- Scaling and periodontal maintenance
- Preventive care
- Exams
- Fluoride treatments
- Fissure sealants
- Patient education and oral health instruction
- Restorative work, depending on your experience and scope

You will be joining a busy clinic with a high volume of new patients each week, meaning full, consistent books and the chance to build clinical momentum quickly.
A role built for progression What makes this opportunity different is the room to grow.

This is not a role where you are limited to routine hygiene appointments. You will have the opportunity to develop across a broader OHT scope while also gaining exposure to implant and All-on-4 maintenance, a niche and highly valuable skill set within dentistry.
The clinic has a strong implant focus, with a consistent flow of All-on-4 patients requiring ongoing maintenance, cleans and clinical support. For an OHT who wants to progress, this creates a genuine opportunity to build capability in an area that can set you apart long term.

Implant and All-on-4 exposure

As your confidence grows, there is scope to become involved in the wider implant and All-on-4 patient journey, including:

- All-on-4 maintenance appointments
- Implant cleans and long-term maintenance care
- Clinical photography
- Digital scans
- Patient education and maintenance planning
- Support with implant consultation workflows
- Involvement in upgrade pathways and higher-value clinical treatment journeys

This exposure allows you to develop skills beyond traditional hygiene and become part of a more advanced clinical environment.

Why this opportunity?

- Progression-focused OHT role
- Full-scope clinical variety
- Full, consistent appointment books
- High new-patient volume each week
- Chance to develop niche implant and All-on-4 maintenance skills
- Exposure to clinical photography, scans and advanced patient workflows
- Supportive environment for growth and development
- Affordable, accessible dentistry model with strong patient demand
- Strong long-term career pathway for a motivated OHT
