SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR | MELBOURNE | FULL TIME

This is a chance to join a growing activewear brand at an exciting stage of its journey. You’ll work closely with a small team, have visibility across the wider marketing function and be given the prospect to shape the brand’s social presence from the ground up.

Based in Brighton, this is a hands-on opportunity to join a small but mighty marketing team where you’ll have the chance of real ownership across social media, content and community. You’ll be close to the action, working across everything from content creation and social planning to creators, trends and community engagement.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Manage the day-to-day social presence across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms
- Plan and coordinate the social content calendar, ensuring content is consistent, engaging and on-brand
- Create and coordinate social-first content across product, campaigns, lifestyle and community
- Stay across social trends, cultural moments and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for the brand
- Support influencer and creator partnerships, gifting and content collaborations




- Engage with the brand community and help build a strong, authentic social presence
- Work closely with the wider marketing and creative team on campaigns, launches and activations
- Monitor social performance and use insights to continually improve content and engagement

ABOUT YOU

You’re naturally plugged into social, have a strong eye for content and understand what makes people stop scrolling. You’re proactive, hands-on and excited by the opportunity to work in a small team where your ideas can genuinely make an impact.

You’ll ideally have:

- up to 3 years’ experience across social media, content or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
- Experience creating and coordinating social content
- A genuine interest in activewear, fitness, fashion and lifestyle
- Strong written communication and an eye for detail
- A good understanding of social trends and emerging platforms
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach
- The ability to work autonomously and take ownership in a small team environment
