We are working with a well-established Australian-owned fire and building compliance company with a consistently growing portfolio across the Central Coast.

Due to several new service contracts across hospitals, pubs/clubs and existing commercial sites, they are looking for a Passive Fire Technician to join the team.

The role will involve:

- Inspecting passive fire systems across commercial sites
- Inspecting fire doors, fire-rated walls, penetrations and fire stopping
- Identifying defects, gaps and non-compliant installations
- Completing minor passive fire rectification and repair works
- Sealing penetrations and completing fire stopping
- Completing digital service reports and recording defects
- Taking photos and documenting completed works
- Liaising with site contacts and explaining identified issues
- Working independently across a scheduled list of Central Coast sites

You will be supported by an experienced wider team while having the autonomy to manage your own day in the field.
