About the Company
A well-established commercial builder is looking to add an Estimator to its team in North Brisbane.

The business delivers a broad mix of commercial construction projects across South East Queensland and is looking for an Estimator with experience pricing small to mid-sized projects across a variety of sectors.

About the Role
Working closely with the estimating and delivery teams, you’ll be responsible for:

- Reviewing tender documentation
- Quantity take-offs and measurement
- Trade scoping and subcontractor enquiries
- Quote analysis and levelling
- Cost planning and tender preparation
- Identifying risks, opportunities and value engineering options
- Preparing tender submissions
- Handover to project delivery teams

About You
You’ll ideally have:

- Estimating experience within commercial construction




- Experience pricing small to mid-sized construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and trade packages
- Good subcontractor and supplier relationships
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Ability to manage tenders from initial review through to submission

Experience across commercial, industrial, retail, education, hospitality, healthcare or similar sectors will all be considered.
