The Person

- Current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- Previous Property Management experience
- Confident managing landlords and tenants
- Solid communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, proactive and able to work autonomously
- Someone who takes pride in providing great service
- A team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit office

The Role

You’ll manage a small portfolio of approximately 120 properties, looking after the full end-to-end Property Management process.

- Manage day-to-day landlord and tenant relationships
- Oversee maintenance,



repairs and routine inspections
- Manage leasing, applications and tenant selection
- Handle lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
- Conduct open homes and private inspections
- Keep on top of compliance and administration
- Provide a high level of service to both landlords and tenants
