Due to continued growth, a well-established, multi-brand lifestyle group with locations nationally is looking for their next payroll Super Star to join their thriving and super fun team! This role can be offered at Payroll Officer or Senior Payroll Officer level, depending on your experience.

Excellent Bens:

- $90–100K + Super (Payroll Officer) or up to $115K + Super (Senior), depending on experience
- Work on the highly sought-after Dayforce system: Payroll Officers will be fully trained, and Dayforce experience is essential at Senior level

Nuts & Bolts:

- End-to-end weekly payroll processing across multiple sites




- Liaising with site teams to ensure timesheets are accurate and on time
- Termination payments, leave entitlements, overtime and deductions
- Monthly payroll tax, PAYG and superannuation processing and reconciliation
- Workers' compensation claims and statutory reporting
- At Senior level: being the go-to person for complex queries and calculations, supporting the wider team, and driving process improvements

Looking for:

- Payroll Officer level: min. 2 years of payroll experience, with no Dayforce experience needed, as you'll be fully trained
- Senior level: Dayforce experience is ESSENTIAL, plus min. 4 years of end-to-end payroll experience
- Relevant Modern Award knowledge
- Ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines
- Strong team player with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Drive and enthusiasm to grow with a quick-paced, expanding business
