Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park is seeking an experienced full time Head Chef to lead Joseph's Restaurant. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will drive day-to-day kitchen operations, develop the brigade and shape a seasonal, produce-driven menu within the Lancemore Hotel Group.
You will work with the Executive Chef to design menus, lead and train the kitchen team, manage ordering and food costs, and ensure food safety and WHS compliance while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
