Northern Suburbs Rugby Football Club is seeking an ambitiousHead of Colts & Pathways Athletic Development Coachto lead the physical preparation of our Colts (Under 20s) and emerging pathway athletes.
Working closely with the Colts Head Coach and Head of Performance, the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of speed, strength and conditioning programs, helping create a explicit physical development pathway from Colts into Grade rugby.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading on-field warm-ups, speed development and conditioning sessions.
- Delivering and supervising strength and gym programs.
- Supporting rehabilitation and return-to-play programs alongside the club physiotherapy team.
- Collecting and analysing GPS and athlete-load data to inform programming and training management.
- Leading performance initiatives that enhance the development of Norths’ emerging athletes.
