Islamic College of Brisbane is seeking an experienced Chef to lead the day-to-day operations of our College café to commence in January 2027. This role combines hands‑on food preparation and service with kitchen leadership and practical training for students.
You will oversee café operations, plan menus, manage stock and suppliers, supervise kitchen staff, and help create a welcoming café experience for students, staff and visitors.
