Business Development Manager – Real Estate
Bayside Melbourne | $70K–$80K + Super + Commissions | First-Year OTE $100K–$110K+

We’re partnering with a highly regarded real estate agency in Melbourne’s Bayside market looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join their Property Management team.

We're open on experience. You could be a high-performing Leasing Consultant, Sales Associate or Property Manager ready to move into Business Development, or an established BDM looking for a strong brand, quality market and greater earning potential.

The Prospect

- Work alongside and learn from an established BDM with 25+ years’ industry experience
- Build towards approximately 10–15 quality new managements per month
- Focus on quality properties, strong management fees and long-term client value
- Increased commission upside for exceeding targets and generating higher-value business
- Represent a premium, established brand across Melbourne’s Bayside market
- Excellent training for someone making their first move into Business Development
- $70K–$80K + super + commissions, depending on experience




- Strong earning potential – developing BDMs can build towards $100K 110K+, with experienced high performers capable of circa $150K OTE

About You

We're open-minded on your current position. You may already be a BDM, or you could be ready to make the step up from Leasing, Property Management or Sales.

You'll ideally have:

- Previous residential real estate experience across Leasing, Property Management, Sales or Business Development
- Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate / Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Confident prospecting, networking and developing new relationships
Polished and comfortable dealing with landlords and prospective clients
- Ambitious, proactive and motivated by performance
- An abundance mentality – focused on creating opportunities while contributing to the wider team
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
