We're seeking reliable Trade Assistants, Manufacturing Assemblers and Labourers for busy workshop and manufacturing operations across Sydney. Ongoing work with reputable companies offering stable hours, up-to-date facilities and supportive teams.

What you'll be doing
- Assembling mechanical and electrical components from drawings and work instructions, to spec and quality standards
- Using hand tools, power tools and pneumatic equipment safely, including basic measurements and adjustments
- Supporting qualified tradespeople (boilermakers, electricians, fitters) with materials handling and work area prep
- Quality checking completed assemblies and keeping your workspace clean,
safe and organised per WHS requirements
- Labouring & process work with concrete and soundproofing products
What you need
- 12+ months' experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, trades assistance or labouring
- Confidence with hand and power tools (drills, grinders, spanners, measuring equipment)
- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings, blueprints or schematics
- Physical fitness for repetitive lifting and standing
- Reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
