About the Role We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Brisbane West / Ipswich team, supporting NDIS participants across Ipswich, Springfield, Ripley, Redbank Plains and surrounding western suburbs.
You’ll work flexibly across home, school, community and telehealth settings, delivering practical, person-centred therapy that supports independence and meaningful everyday goals.
Wherever possible, we’ll build your caseload around where you live, helping keep travel manageable and giving you greater flexibility over your week.
We welcome new graduates, early career and experienced OTs, with caseloads, supervision and support tailored to your experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver functional, person-centred Occupational Therapy
- Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy
- Support participants to build independence and achieve meaningful goals
- Work across home, school, community and telehealth settings
- Collaborate with families, carers and multidisciplinary colleagues
- Participate in supervision, peer learning and professional development

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration or eligibility
- NDIS Worker Screening and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for community work
