A nationally recognised Architecture firm is looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Project Lead to join their Perth CBD fringe studio. This is a genuine relocation opportunity for an Architect looking for a fresh start in Perth while continuing to work on complex, high-profile projects within a nationally recognised practice.

You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, lead project teams and work closely with clients, consultants and contractors across a diverse range of commercial, high-rise and mixed-use projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead projects from initial concept through to completion
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors
- Manage project programs, budgets and reporting
- Oversee project delivery and documentation
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships
- Identify project risks and drive proactive solutions
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards and approvals
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams

CRITERIA

- 6+ years post-graduation experience




- Relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture
- Proven experience delivering complex projects
- Strong REVIT experience
- Ideally exposure to hotel, accommodation, high-rise or mixed-use projects
- Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
