Referral pathways exist for oral surgery, dental implants, sleep dentistry and orthodontics within the wider clinical network, so complex cases don't have to be turned away, and cross-referral works both ways if your own interests lie in one of these areas. You retain full clinical independence in how you treat your own patients, with shared clinical resources and established administrative support taking the pressure off running the practice side of things yourself.
About You:
You bring something beyond a standard general dentistry skillset. Experience in areas such as oral surgery, implants, endodontics or more complex restorative work is genuinely valued here, given the broader scope of treatment available through the wider clinical network. A confident general dentist with at least two years of experience is also a strong fit. You hold current AHPRA registration with Australian working rights and communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.
