We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Pool Lifeguards to join our casual pool on an as-needed basis. If you are passionate about water safety and enjoy working in a dynamic aquatic environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise swimmers and enforce pool rules to ensure a safe aquatic environment
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including performing rescues and administering first aid
- Conduct regular pool inspections and monitor water conditions
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, attendance, and pool maintenance activities
- Set up and pack down pool equipment as required
- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons and visitors
- Assist with the delivery of aquatic programs and activities when required

Requirements

- Current Pool Lifeguard qualification (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Solid swimming ability and physical fitness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, public holidays, and early mornings
