BlueCare is seeking a Wellness Lead at an aged care site to lead the wellness and engagement program, ensuring activities are person-centred, inclusive and aligned with residents’ goals, interests and abilities. You will collaborate with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.

This role requires a Diploma in Leisure and Health, a current Queensland Driver Licence, and proven experience designing wellness or engagement programs in aged care
