Commonwealth Bank's Financial Crime Operations team is seeking a Senior Manager AML Reforms to lead complex AML/CTF and Sanctions change initiatives, partnering with senior stakeholders across the Group to uplift our risk management capabilities and ensure regulatory alignment.

You will drive enterprise-wide reform, shape future operating models and embed sustainable change programs, strengthening control environments while protecting customers and the financial system.
