Function :

- Customer Relationship Management System Support:
- Provide user support for Customer Relationship Management System (CONNECT/Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Respond to user support enquiries
- Build and enhance relationships with users (including external)
- Data importing and cleansing
- Record keeping, email and time management
- Coordinate meetings and correspondence
- Process administrative workflows
- General Administration
- Support stakeholder engagement teams in the delivery of project communication using bulk email marketing

ESSENTIAL:

· Experience in the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and processes

· Valuable interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills

· Sound administrative experience

DESIRABLE:

· Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

· Experience in developing web forms and email marketing

· Experience performing User acceptance testing (UAT)
