You’ll support P&C; initiatives, work with stakeholders, contribute to HR systems and create engaging guides and resources that help our people learn, grow and navigate our processes with ease. It’s a varied role with plenty of opportunity to learn, contribute and make a difference.
What you’ll do
• Support People & Culture initiatives that help our people grow, develop and have a positive experience at UCWB.
• Help bring P&C; projects to life by coordinating information, activities and outcomes with the P&C; team and a range of stakeholders.
• Create clear and engaging resources such as information guides, process materials and training content that make things easier for our people to understand.
• Support improvements to our HR systems, including coordinating workshops, working with our systems support provider and helping identify opportunities to improve the way we work.
• Help keep our HR information accurate and useful by quality-checking data and supporting the team with information and reporting from our HR system.
• Support change and communication by turning information into practical, engaging content that helps our people understand new processes and ways of working
What you’ll bring
• A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field, along with experience supporting projects or programs in an HR environment.
• An understanding of the employee lifecycle, workforce development,
people management and learning and development.
• Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to turn information from different sources into clear, meaningful and engaging content.
• Great organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities, multitask and keep things moving.
• Confidence with technology and systems, including solid computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• A collaborative, curious and people-focused approach, with the confidence to build relationships, work with different stakeholders, ask questions and contribute ideas for better ways of doing things.
