About the role:
Are you passionate about shaping the future of a growing city and creating opportunities for investment, employment and tourism? We are seeking a strategic and collaborative professional to lead Campbelltown's City Positioning initiatives and help elevate the city's profile as a destination for business, talent and visitors.
In this role, you will develop and deliver strategies, projects and partnerships that attract public and private sector investment, support local job creation, retain and attract talent, and enhance visitor experiences. Working closely with industry, government agencies and regional stakeholders, you will champion initiatives that strengthen the visitor experience, promote investment opportunities and showcase Campbelltown as a vibrant, connected and thriving city.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, economic development and/or tourism and/or extensive job-related experience.
- Well-developed written and oral interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage strategic projects.
- Proven commitment to quality customer service.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and diplomacy at all times.
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective member of a cohesive team, including the ability to develop productive and harmonious working relationships with staff and project partners.
