Our client is an established commercial law firm that has grown across several offices without losing its close-knit feel. Its litigation practice is expanding, and they want an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to take a senior seat at the table.

About the role!

You will act for business owners and commercial clients across a broad spread of disputes,



with litigation and commercial advice side by side, so no two weeks look the same.

- Manage your own commercial dispute and litigation files
- Advise clients on commercial matters alongside the litigation work
- Draft, advise and negotiate on complex and interesting disputes
- Build and own your client relationships
- Take on more responsibility as the practice grows

What you'll bring!

- 5 to 10 years' PAE in commercial litigation and disputes
- Admitted in Queensland, or eligible to practise in Queensland, with a current practising certificate
- Strong drafting, advisory and negotiation skills
- Confidence running files independently and owning the client relationship
- A commercial mindset and clear, direct communication
- Readiness for the next step with a growing firm
