Working as part of our butchery team, you will be responsible for high-quality meat preparation, cutting and presentation, maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and consistency, and preparing products for retail display. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service, maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and workplace organisation, work cooperatively with the wider team, and help maintain and develop the high standards our customers expect from Alstonville Quality Meats.
Key responsibilities
- High-quality meat preparation, cutting and presentation
- Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and consistency
- Preparing products for our retail display
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service. (while this is not a main part of your role, you may occasionally be required to assist as needed)
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and workplace organization
- Working cooperatively with the wider team
