The Project Manager –Housing is responsible for managing and delivering complex urban renewal programs, projects and initiatives in accordance with the approved delivery plan, within the SA Housing Trust and Government guidelines, with an approved business framework according to stakeholder requirements and legislation. The role develops strategies, plans, targets and proposals to guide and inform urban regeneration and community renewal and development of project objectives; delivers proactive and innovative project briefs; and leads and manages the implementation of delivery plans for major urban renewal projects within budget parameters.
Special Conditions
- Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
- The successful applicant may be required to hold a current Australian issued Drivers Licence, which must be maintained.
Role StatusLong term contract up to two years.
RequirementsDesirable - Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Urban Design, Project Management or related field, or demonstrated equivalent capabilities and expertise
