Our client is a boutique construction law firm in the Sydney CBD, acting across construction, property and commercial matters. A permanent opportunity has opened for a Senior Construction Lawyer with 7 or more years' PAE to lead complex matters across advisory and disputes.

About the role

You will lead construction matters across advisory and disputes, working closely with the partners. You will:

- Run complex construction advisory and dispute matters from start to finish
- Advise clients on contracts, rights and obligations across a project
- Work with the partners on the highest-profile matters
- Supervise and mentor the lawyers around you
- Help build client relationships across the construction industry

What you'll bring

- 7 or more years' PAE
- Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate
- Construction law experience across advisory and disputes




- Solid drafting and advocacy skills and sound commercial judgement
