A modern general dental practice in Aspendale Gardens is looking for a dentist who genuinely enjoys building relationships with patients and taking ownership of their own appointment book.

Location:
Aspendale Gardens is a family-friendly suburb in Melbourne's south-east bayside area, close to Aspendale, Edithvale and Mordialloc. The practice benefits from a prominent shopfront position within a busy local shopping precinct, giving it solid day to day visibility and foot traffic.

About You:




You hold current AHPRA registration and appropriate professional insurances, with at least 1 to 2 years of Australian private practice experience. You genuinely enjoy connecting with patients, take ownership of your appointment book and patient retention, and communicate clearly and warmly.

You work well both independently and as part of a team, and you are proficient across most aspects of general dentistry, or keen to keep developing that scope.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages
Take ownership of treatment planning, follow-up and patient retention
Build genuine, long-term relationships with your own patient base
Work closely with the principal dentist and wider clinical team
Contribute positively to a collaborative team culture
