Infinite Aged Care Knoxfield is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor role. The role reports to the General Manager with support from the Clinical Care Manager while supervising our care team to ensure residents receive the highest quality clinical care in a quick-paced facility.

Key requirements include a minimum of 3 years RN in aged care, unrestricted AHPRA registration, and extensive knowledge of AN-ACC and accreditation.
