Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. (HBH Group) is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to help lead daily operations in a busy, full-table-service restaurant.

You will report to the Venue Manager and help drive guest experiences, staff development, and service flow across lunch and dinner shifts seven days a week. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, robust floor presence, and the ability to coach a front-of-house team during peak service periods in a vibrant venue.
