About the Role
We are currently seeking passionate and empathetic Disability Support Workers to provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives and well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex Care – including complex behaviors
- Personal Care
- Meal preparation
- Hoist Transfers
- Transport
- Medication
- Community Access
Long Shifts – AM/PM and active/Inactive nights available.
Located in Tamworth, NSW
Ideal Candidate
- Male support staff preferred
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of individuals with disabilities.
- A commitment to safe work practices and manual handling.
- NSW Driver License and access to reliable vehicle
