This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced project management professional who combines technical excellence with commercial acumen and a passion for developing people.

Reporting to the leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the Project Management Consulting division while overseeing the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and capital works projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

·Leading business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and contributing to tenders and proposals

·Providing strategic oversight of project delivery, ensuring engineering, procurement and construction activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with contractual and environmental requirements





·Acting as a trusted advisor to government authorities, developers, asset owners and community stakeholders

·Managing the department’s financial performance, including P&L; accountability, resource utilisation and project profitability

·Building, mentoring and leading a high-performing team of project managers, commercial managers, schedulers and technical specialists

·Driving continuous improvement across project management systems, methodologies and delivery practices

·Maintaining robust governance across the project portfolio to ensure quality outcomes for clients
