Vans is hiring an Assistant Store Manager at Chadstone to lead a high-energy team and drive sales in a premium retail setting. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager, delivering KPIs while ensuring exceptional customer experiences that embody the Vans Off The Wall spirit.

You’ll coach, motivate and develop staff, balance operations with people leadership, and help cultivate a culture of collaboration and accountability. A Sunday–Thursday roster supports work-life balance.
