About the role

We're looking for an extra set of hands in marketing – someone junior, willing to learn, proactive, and genuinely interested in content creation and communications. This is an entry-level role, ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their marketing career who wants to learn the craft from the ground up. As our broker network continues to grow, so does the need for dedicated support across content, brand communications, broker education, and digital engagement. This role sits within the marketing team, reports to our Head of Marketing & CX, and works closely with sales to make sure our brokers are well‑supported, well‑informed, and connected to ARG. You'll contribute to the day‑to‑day execution of ARG's marketing activities while also acting as a key point of contact for broker‑facing communications and onboarding support.

Key responsibilities

Write articles, case studies, social media posts, and thought‑leadership pieces for ARG's channels and industry publications

Produce short‑form video content from events and team activity

Help plan, build, and execute eDM campaigns, automated nurture sequences, and integrated multichannel campaigns across email, social, and digital

Draft broker‑facing comms, develop onboarding materials and welcome packs, and create educational content that helps brokers understand and position ARG's Rent To Buy product

Own ARG's broker‑facing webinar program end to end – platform setup, speaker coordination, promotion, and follow‑up

Capture content at broker events and industry functions for use across ARG's marketing channels

Support brand visibility through industry partnerships and co‑branded content





Make sure everything put out aligns with ARG's brand guidelines and compliance requirements

Work alongside the BDM team to keep brokers connected to ARG between touchpoints

Capture and relay broker feedback to inform content priorities and identify knowledge gaps

About you

Robust written communication skills – you can write clearly, concisely, and in a tone that's on‑brand and fits the audience

Comfortable producing a range of content formats including video, articles, social media posts, and presentation materials

Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools

Ability to pick up how products work and communicate them accurately to a broker audience

Attention to detail – particularly around compliance language and brand consistency

Organised and self‑directed – you can manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams

Proactive – you identify opportunities to add value without waiting to be asked

Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (nice to have)

Experience with video content creation or editing (nice to have)
