You'll be involved in the business of real estate from the beginning, working alongside experienced sales agents to learn the fundamentals of real estate sales and progressively develop from Sales Associate into a capable real estate sales professional.

Key responsibilities

- Prospect and create new opportunities
- Build and manage a database
- Conduct open homes and private inspections
- Communicate confidently with buyers and sellers
- Follow up and develop buyers
- Assist with appraisals and listing presentations
- Manage property marketing campaigns
- Develop your communication and negotiation skills
- Build relationships with homeowners in your market
- Build your profile and progressively create your own pipeline of business
