Halfords is seeking a part-time, 30-hour-per-week role in Liverpool to lead a department on the shop floor. You’ll supervise and coach colleagues to deliver market-leading customer service and achieve sales targets, while supporting the store management team to ensure effective daily operations.

You’ll handle some key holder duties and follow security procedures, with comprehensive training provided to help you progress within Retail or the wider Group.
