Looking for something current in 2026? Ready to do meaningful work with greater autonomy, strong support around you and the flexibility to enjoy life outside of work?
We’d love to meet you
Based in Melbourne, we provide a unique blend of mobile, clinic-based and Telehealth Allied Health services, supporting Participants to live life to their full potential through meaningful, high-quality therapy.
At Four Point Therapy, we believe the best outcomes for Participants come from creating an environment where Therapists are trusted and empowered to do their best work.
That’s why we’ve built our model around clinical autonomy, clear systems, responsive admin support and a collaborative team of experienced Therapists. Our aim is to remove unnecessary pressure and administrative burden so you can focus on delivering high-quality therapy, building strong relationships with Participants and enjoying the work you do.
We’re currently looking for a Registered Psychologist to join our Melbourne team. You’ll step into a varied and rewarding caseload, working across community, clinic and Telehealth settings, with the flexibility to shape your week in a way that works for you. There is currently a caseload to step into for the successful candidate - so you can expect guaranteed work from commencement!
At Four Point Therapy, we prioritise ethical service delivery - no billable targets or unrealistic KPIs. Our focus is simple: supporting Clinicians to deliver high-quality, meaningful care while maintaining a sustainable and enjoyable workload.
Experience within the NDIS is preferred but not essential. If this sounds like your kind of role, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role:
This role is primarily focussed on delivering community-based Psychological support to NDIS Participants across Melbourne. With a requirement to be able to service the North/West.
- 2 days per week - with scope to grow for the right candidate
- Must be able to travel as part of the role - primarily in the North/West, but openness for broader serviceability is encouraged.
You’ll be working directly with Participants in their homes and out in the community, with the option to incorporate in-clinic or Telehealth sessions where appropriate, depending on Participant needs and your preferred way of working.
We’re looking for a Psychologist who is comfortable working with a level of clinical independence, while still valuing collaboration and being part of a supportive team environment. Along with proficient clinical skills, we really value a fantastic personality and creating a space to let our Therapists shine! You’ll have the autonomy to manage your caseload, with the backing of an experienced multidisciplinary team when needed.
You’ll step into a varied and meaningful caseload, supporting participants to improve their mental health, build capacity and achieve their personal goals.
The role will involve a mix of:
Delivering psychological support across Participants' homes,
the community, our office in Fitzroy and via Telehealth
Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including:
- Cognitive and behavioural interventions

Dedicated finance support managing invoicing, reconciliation and payment follow-up
Reliable weekly payments, in full and on time - with two payroll options to suit your schedule and workflow
