Force Fire Services P/L in Recent South Wales is seeking a customer-focused Key Accounts Manager to own a portfolio of key clients across our fire protection maintenance and compliance services.
You will build strong client relationships, act as the main contact for service queries and escalations, coordinate with technicians and project teams, monitor contracts, KPIs and SLAs, and conduct client meetings and site visits to ensure exceptional service.
