Business Development Manager - Veteran Healthcare Partnerships (NSW & ACT)

A fast-growing healthcare group delivering integrated care to Veterans and the broader community is seeking a full time Business Development Manager to build and grow referral partner networks across New South Wales and the ACT.

You will drive new patient acquisition through high-volume outreach to clinical businesses, veteran support organisations, and ex-service organisations, building two-way referral pathways and establishing local clinical service pathways for Newcastle and Sydney Outposts, Canberra and FIFO clinics.

This is a hands-on, target-driven sales role where you will own your territory, work a structured weekly cadence of contacts, follow-ups and face-to-face partner visits, attend veteran and health events, and report weekly on activity and conversion.

Key responsibilities

- Drive new patient acquisition through high-volume outreach to clinical businesses, veteran support organisations, and ex-service organisations
- Build two-way referral pathways and establish local clinical service pathways
- Own your regional territory and work a structured weekly cadence of contacts, follow-ups and face-to-face partner visits
- Attend veteran and health events
- Report weekly on activity and conversion
- Manage pipeline and conduct data-driven reporting using CRM platforms

About you





- Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting activity and conversion targets
- Confidence in high-volume outbound prospecting, including cold calling and face-to-face business development
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert meetings into signed partnerships
- Disciplined pipeline management and accurate, data-driven reporting using CRM platforms
- Networks within the ESO and RSL community, DVA advocacy or the NSW health sector advantageous
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing a regional territory independently in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
