Coles Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the Chef Fresh NSW maintenance teams at Banksmeadow. You will oversee engineering staff and contractors across a high-volume, 24/7 food manufacturing operation, focusing on uptime, safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires solid leadership, CMMS experience, and knowledge of GMP/HACCP. You will partner with production, quality and safety teams to optimize performance and reliability.
