Nuix is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to own and grow our Developer Experience function. You will lead a small team, build tooling, standards, automation, and workflows that enable ~100 engineers to build, test, and ship software.

You will define what excellent looks like for the developer toolchain, drive AI-enabled lifecycle practices, and champion engineering best practices with a focus on self-service and governance.
