The Role

As an Aged Care Worker with Jessie Cares, you’ll support residents with their everyday care while helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

Depending on the shift, you may:

- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living
- Support residents with showering, dressing, grooming, mobility and meals
- Follow individual care plans and resident preferences
- Observe and report changes in health or wellbeing
- Work alongside RNs and other members of the care team
- Maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment
- Build genuine, respectful relationships with residents

What You’ll Need

To work with Jessie Cares, you’ll need:

✓ Minimum 3 months' Australian residential aged care or nursing home experience
✓ Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
✓ Current First Aid & CPR
✓ Recent National Police Check
✓ Valid Australian working rights
✓ Strong communication skills




✓ Reliability and a professional attitude
✓ Confidence working both independently and within a care team

Please note: Applicants must already hold valid Australian working rights. Jessie Cares is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
