Assistant in Nursing (AIN) – Flexible Contractor Opportunities Across Australia

Are you a caring, dependable and compassionate Assistant in Nursing (AIN) looking for adaptable work?

We are looking for AINs across Australia to support NDIS participants, aged care clients, and people receiving care in their own homes.

As an independent contractor, you can choose your availability, clients and shifts while providing person-centred support and working within your training, experience and scope of practice.

What the role involves

- Providing in-home care and support
- Personal care and assistance with daily living
- Supporting clients with mobility and transfers
- Meal preparation and domestic assistance where required
- Supporting clients with personal hygiene and grooming
- Assisting with health and wellbeing routines
- Supporting clients to attend appointments and community activities
- Providing companionship and social support
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
- Following individualised care and support plans
- Maintaining appropriate documentation and records
- Working collaboratively with nurses, families and support teams

Requirements

- Relevant AIN, Certificate III/IV,



nursing or healthcare qualification, where applicable
- Relevant care or support experience
- Police Check (within 3 years)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Infection Control Training
- ABN or willingness to obtain one
- Right to work in Australia
- NDIS, aged care, disability or community care experience is highly regarded
