Personal Trainer | North Sydney Shoppingworld | Leads + No Rent

Keep Every Dollar. Warm Leads. Paid Weekly Mentoring.

- North Sydney Shoppingworld, NSW | Casual | start immediately
- $40.17 to $55/hr plus super plus commission, rate based on ongoing client hours
- Work toward 20 to 30+ paid hours/week
- Tired of Paying to Work and Chasing Leads Who Vanish?

You became a trainer to get people results, not to run a one person marketing agency.

Not to:

- Spend your weekends doing unpaid admin instead of resting or training yourself
- Watch your best clients leave because you had no time to actually program for them
- Drive to an empty gym floor because the booking never confirmed
- The business side is what ends most PT careers early. Not the coaching. The everything else.

We built Jamie Fitness to end exactly this.

The One Condition

None, really. Just a bar to clear. This fits if you are:

- Open. You would rather be corrected and improve than be right and stuck.
- Driven. You are building a career here, not killing time between jobs.
- Structured. You track your clients, plan your sessions and follow systems that work.
- Hungry. You want a real career, not just a few extra shifts.
- Not everyone fits this, and we are okay with that. We want people who want to be excellent at the coaching part.

Here Is The Whole Offer

We get the scepticism. So let us be specific about what you walk into:

Free gym access. Train yourself and coach your clients with no fees.

Fortnightly team workshops. Programming, sales and coaching skills. Keep sharpening the blade.

Weekly 1 on 1 mentoring. 15+ years of experience, every week, at no charge.

Your mentor helps you close clients, fix programs and grow your income.

No marketing to run. We do the ads, the calls and the follow up. You do the sessions.

Backed from day one. Branding, profile, app and admin set up for you before your first client.

Imagine This

Every session is booked before you arrive. The admin is done. Your mentor is in your corner every week. Your income is going up because you finally get to spend your time coaching instead of chasing. That is a normal week here.

That is genuinely the role.
