PT Wanted in Erowal Bay, NSW

No Rent, Ever. Clients Booked For You. Paid Coaching.

- Erowal Bay, NSW | Casual | start immediately
- $40.17 to $55/hr (based on ongoing client hours), super and commission on top
- Grow to 20 to 30+ paid hours a week
- Imagine This

Every session is booked before you arrive. The admin is done. Your mentor is in your corner every week. Your income is going up because you finally get to spend your time coaching instead of chasing. That is a normal week here.

That is the whole job.

You Signed Up to Change Lives, Not to Chase Ghosts

You became a trainer to get people results, not to run a one person marketing agency.

Not for any of this:

- Drive to an empty gym floor because the booking never confirmed
- Watch your best clients leave because you had no time to actually program for them
- Chase leads who ghost your texts after you spent two hours prepping their free session
- Spend your weekends doing unpaid admin instead of resting or training yourself
- The business side is what ends most PT careers early. Not the coaching. The everything else.

We built Jamie Fitness to end exactly this.

Everything You Walk Into

Fair reaction. So here is exactly what is on the table, no fine print:

A diary that fills itself. Our team runs the outreach so your week books out without you lifting a finger.

Free gym access. Train yourself and coach your clients with no fees.

Your own PT assistant. Books sessions, sends reminders, handles follow ups and passes you notes before every client walks in. You just show up and coach.

A real client app. Messaging, appointments, programming, health stats and nutrition, all in one place.

Leads booked straight into your calendar. 100+ in your first 12 weeks, while you are at home.

We handle the outreach, the convincing and the booking. They show up ready to train.

No marketing to run. We do the ads, the calls and the follow up. You do the sessions.

The One Condition

None, really. Just a bar to transparent. This fits if you are:

- Coachable. You take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive.
- Reliable. People can count on you to be there and be ready.
- Driven. You are building a career here, not killing time between jobs.
- Hungry. You want a real career, not just a few extra shifts.
- Not everyone fits this, and we are okay with that. We want people who want to be great at the coaching part.
