Level 2 IT Support Technician (8-Week Contract) | Immediate Start
About the OpportunityHays Technology is partnering with a well-established organisation based in Malaga to recruit an experienced Level 2 IT Support Technician for an initial 8-week contract to provide leave coverage.This is a hands-on support role suited to someone who enjoys working directly with users, resolving technical issues, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced workplace. You'll be supporting a diverse user base across a broad range of technologies and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 desktop and end-user support both on-site and remotely
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations through the IT service management process
- Perform user administration, asset management, and software deployment
- Configure and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Collaborate with internal support teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple regions
- Assist with project initiatives and technology rollouts
- Support disaster recovery activities when required
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Level 2 IT Support or Desktop Support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments
- Experience with Intune, endpoint management, and device administration
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Should be available to start within a week's time.
