Providing a high level of personalised customer service is an absolute must. A person who has experience working with PMS, Opera would be highly regarded, however training is available for the right person.
What you will need to be considered?
- Experience in the same or a similar role
- A passion to deliver great customer service
- Excellent personal presentation and skilled conduct
- Superior communication skills
- Intermediate computer and Microsoft suite experience
- Availability nights and weekends (flexible rosters)
- Ability to comply with Accor brand standards and service expectations
- Responsible service of Alcohol competency card (or willingness to obtain)
- Full Australian work rights
